Dynamic Mailbox enriches the Microsoft Dynamics 365 email experience, allowing you to manage emails from one place in a modern interface.

View Pending, Sent and Received emails: View, select, and manage your received, pending and sent email messages using a familiar outlook based experience.

Expand and Collapse Emails: Expand and collapse the list of emails grouped by date such as today, yesterday, last Week,etc..

Save & Access Drafts: Save, complete and send your draft emails.

Search emails by Subject or Sender: Quickly Search your mailbox by looking up the subject of email messages or senders.

Release work items from queues (Mark Emails as completed): Set your completed jobs from the email message itself, and the system will automatically move it from the queue of items you are working on to the completed jobs queue.

Pin a Default mailbox: With multiple mailboxes available to choose from, each user can pin his default mailbox to access it every time they login in to the Dynamics 365 organisation.

Access Your Entities from Dynamic Mailbox: Pick your entities in the configuration tab of the solution and access up to 5 different entity types in Dynamic Mailbox.
